This company will not accomondate custermers ... I had a delivery of a master chest din 't. not except because they whold not try to bring it up to the second floor master bedroom because it was to heavy and long ... They could have done if they had extra man power to do it , they refuse to try again with extra help .... So I cancelled the order !!!!!! People DONOT buy from this Company !!!!! Bought a bed and was told that my delivery time would be between 10am and 1pm. At 8:25am, my doorbell rang for the delivery. I was still in bed not feeling well (I have cancer) as were my two children, one who worked til 2am the night before. My dog went crazy hearing the doorbell and my entire household was disturbed because of a delivery over 90 minutes prior to when I was told was possible. We have bought two living room chairs . The workmanship is terrible and the service department is the worst. After just five months the upholstery has wrinkles and one armrest is loose. Add comment

2 weeks ago I went shopping for a new recliner at Reymour and Flanigan. I always have trouble finding a recliner that's comfortable for me. I found a floor model that the minute I sat in it I loved. It reclined back far which was on of the requirements on my list. The only problem is that it was a big chair and the lever to bring it upright was extremely hard to pull up. I reported our bed bug issue to R&F and was told they check there there trucks daily and there was nothing they could do for us. they also followed my phone call up with a letter, stating they are sorry. My husband and I are both disable and do not have the money to throw away our everything we own for 42 years, I called the BBB and made a report, and was told they have over 600 reports regarding R&F. not all bed bugs issues. but reading all these comments we all can not be wrong, our issue started with in a few days of buying our new bed... They send technician out for raggedy *** livingroom set suppose to be leather .say its nothing he can do. Well i tell you this on flatbush ave where i get it from..i will definitely drop the pleather livingroom pieces right inside there.never go back there again. Add comment

Stayed home from work 2-6 for appointment. Never showed. Called. Followed up. Was lied to. Happened in 2011. Technician finally came. Did a great job. 2012 same issue (discolored furniture). Same situation. Stayed home, service center lied. Didn't show up. Etc. etc. Technician eventually shows up and does a good job. 2016. Last of my five years on the purchase protection plan. I made multiple purchases from Raymour and Flanigan. The customer service for the protection plan is absolutely HORRIBLE. They tell you they are going to call with a time frame the Thursday before my Saturday appointment. Never received a phone call on Thursday so I called them. I was told I would be called on Friday because they do not do the schedule until Friday. At 6:49pm on Thursday, I get a phone call saying they would be to me between 12 and 3 on Saturday. Today on Friday I get a phone call from a girl saying I am scheduled on Saturday... Read more
