The thought of having to furnishing my whole apartment was frustrating. I was clueless as to where to begin. I lack the eye for home decorating. I went to multiple stores and browsed multiple sites. A company that does not appreciates their employees. If you do good in the company there will be someone there who will try to knock you down and if they have the power they will. Do not work for this company. It is a matter of time until they fail and it is a company with broken promises. "Be one team" yea right!

Extremely poor quality furniture. Brand new sectional and you could feel the wood on the arms that were supposed to be padded. Guy came out to fix and used the wrong material to fix and left the arm of the couch looking like a mountain. came back out to fix and the next guy said the first guy did it wrong. I made my first Raymour & Flanigan purchase in April 2016. I previously ordered from Ashley's, Bob's and a few others, but i wanted a living room set that was unique and had a European flare. I have had ssues problems with damaged products delivered and the repair persons at Raymour hut they do srtand by their service and furniture, Unfact recently my warranty ran out and they still sent me the replacenent pieces ordered by Patricia, a CTR at Raymour. Furniture isn't holding up after a year. Also don't trust their finance department. I set up automatic payments for it to be paid off in 12 months. Now 15 months later turns out the payment that they set up was too low. Now they want me to pay $400.00 in interest and late fees. They didn't even notify me until three months after last auto payment. They practice deceptive practices. Not to be trusted. Read more

Raymour and flanigan has no concept of customer service. Once youve made the payment your furniture, you're locked in. They don't accomodate a single request. We purchased $4,000 worth of furniture from them and could not return a bunky board of $170 with a full refund. We've purchased furniture from various stores but never experienced something like this.

First of all i ha e never missed a payment, second of all i tried to explain to cs service that i made a payment in june, raymour and flimflamagain said i didn't and cancelled. My credit, for non payment and added 100 dollars to my bill. They start this bs when your bill is almost paid in full, what they don't know is that im the master of the game. bought dining room table and chairs in 2011. chairs have always been problematic; can't remember them as staying in tact. support systems have been collapsing, screws falling out ever since we bought them. dropped 300 bucks on platinum warranty and have had them repaired in 2013 only to have them start falling apart within the next year. one chair broke when a 180 lb. adult shifted in it one month after warranty ran out and they refused to... So, I had a new sofa delivered, first of all, they didn't completely attach the last seat to the one before, they lock into each other. I nearly broke my neck, when I moved the power recliner and leaned forward just slightly, the whole thing fell forward! Not great for me, since I had just had knee surgery!
