Raymour and Flanigan - what a horrible experience.

The FIRST time they delivered the mattress it was the wrong size. when they replaced it i had to call for service to look at it because there was dip in it where my husband sleeps, the size of a canyon (and we're not big people). they replaced it. 3 months later the same thing happened but they wouldnt replace it this time b/c the dip was not deep enough. Last night we're sitting on our sofa and we hear a crack. the wood supporting the sofa cracked in half.

When you buy for price, you are buying product from China. Sofas will continue to crack when we support low priced items like it.
