The FIRST time they delivered the mattress it was the wrong size. when they replaced it i had to call for service to look at it because there was dip in it where my husband sleeps, the size of a canyon (and we're not big people). they replaced it. 3 months later the same thing happened but they wouldnt replace it this time b/c the dip was not deep enough. Last night we're sitting on our sofa and we hear a crack. the wood supporting the sofa cracked in half.
