Couches began to peel and were still under raymour warranty. When called for assistance they said the warranty didn't cover that. Paid almost 2000 for both couches. Pleased don't buy anything labeled leather from them

I even wrote a letter & never even heard from them...12 yrs of business with them is totally finished. I wouldn't take home their merchandise if it was FREE...cheaply made...what happen to your products...12 yrs ago pretty well made, not anymore.
