Raymour and Flanigan - Poor customer service
brought a leather sectional with queen sleeper use the sleeper for the first time granddaughter came to visit. Now sleeper Buyer beware wont go back in,told i have to wait until oct 6 before someone comes out. This is sept 20th which means i cannot seat in my living room until someone comes. Their only concern with selling their product but don't stand by it.

I purchased several items and a fireplace was one. Ive been trying to get someone to come out to my home to set it up. I finally got a service rep. and he told me I needed to download the manual and set it up myself. Now when did I become a service technician??? Had I known this is how I would of been treated I would of went to an around the way store. I paid over $1,100 for this one item and I am being told pretty much I need to figure it out myself. Never again, and I will tell the world if necessary.

Useless customer service

Remote for adjustable bed failed. So called service man came and said oh yeah this happens all the time, then left. Calls to the store get zero results. Bed is now useless. Only months old.

Delayed product

They Should offer better prices and be more willing to negotiate the price if the item is not even in stocks. I purchased my bed in January and won't get it until the end of March.

Horrible customer service

I have a electronic recliner since I had a stroke and it is difficult to get out of a chair. The hand module stopped working so now I can't put chair up and down. Service man came and told me I needed a new part. I paid for the new part and then I was told I'd have to wait 4-6 weeks to get the part. Raymour manager was like sorry thats how long you'll need to wait. I need a chair that works. This part stopped working like a week out of warranty. I don't mind paying for the new piece-- I want a chair that works!!

Damaged table

After a 5 month process to have a defective/broken table replaced, I discovered that what I received in place of a new table was a table with scratches that had been poorly repaired. I believe this was a deliberate move to give me any table rather that return my money. when this table was no longer available from the manufacturer. As a customer who purchased the Platinum Protection Plan, I was entitled to a new table, but R&F knowingly pawned off something else. This is intentionally dishonest and a despicable way to treat customers!!! I hope R&F does the right thing and investigates this situation.

Bad Customer service

Cx service gave me the store credit to reselect the coffee table. I took the day off to go to Raymour Flanigan branch at cropsey ave brooklyn.

From the main entrance, I was directed to customer service. I said good morning when I approached the customer care counter. Miss France said wait a minute and then again I said good morning and she said how can I help you instead of replying my greetings.

That is fine and up to her. Then without looking at me she responded you have to get apptt.

to reselect.I was about to say something she said saturday is the latest appointment available. I tried to explain her who am I and why I am here, she just said come Saturday. Her attitude was so rude and totally unprofessional.

I am Loyal cx of Raymour Flanagan and just want to bring your attention to this branch. I will not go to this branch anymore.

I would like to mention lady Neolia in Retune Deptt.

is very nice, professional, and helpful. I salute such a nice employees who are the assette of this organization.

Purchased several pieces of furniture from the R&;;F store in Secaucus, NJ on 8/15/21. The queen size bed was installed and damaged the same day it was delivered by their own installers. As of today, 9/24/21, I still have a broken bed that they refuse to pick up unless I pick out another one. They were supposed to exchange it for the same bed and when the delivery guys arrived, they were missing some parts. I do not want any credit from this sore, I want a REFUND. They want to force you to purchase from their store and constantly giving you the runaround. from thies sotre

Untrustworthy furniture and company

I purchased a love seat and a recliner from Raymour and Flanigan just over 6 mo ago. The recliner was a floor model.

It broke within 6 mo of getting it. The metal in the chair just snapped. I called R&;F but they gave me the run around because it was a floor model and I took my chances. I finally paid to have someone come out from R&F to look at it, who said he had never seen any chair break like that before and it was a defect and unrepairable.

I only had it 6 mo! It should have lasted longer than that and It was not cheap! Someone called me from R&F and said that they would give me a credit for the chair. She said they would email it to me but I only had 14 days to redeem it.

I was ok with that. I never received it. Not in email or regular mail. I have called the company so many times and no one returns my calls.

I am so discussed with this company. Will never buy from them again and will make sure others know you can't trust their furniture or their word.

Damaged Sofa

When I look at the back of my sofa which consists of three conjoined cushioned seats one of the seats does not line up with the other two. In other words the back on one doesnt line up. Also the seat is already feeling like it is starting to sink. It was delivered about six months ago.Bought the warranty called for service twice. They sent someone out who claimed my sofa was fine. I will never buy at Raymour again. So disappointed. It was a Mothers Day gift.

Deceptive billing

My wife and I purchased a bedroom set for $6819.50 with payments over 18 months or a payment of $378.87. When we received our statement, nowhere on the statement was that amount, only minimums of $21.00. That is against the law, and I am contacting the FTC as well as the BBB someone calls me at 732-343-**** or 732-225-**** within ten days.

Terrible! Just give me what I paid for!

We ordered a 2-piece sectional through their site. Delivery was intended to be for one week from purchase.

The day before delivery, we received a phone call stating that half the sectional was damaged and we'd receive the half that wasn't damaged, and then the rest "by the end of the month"... I figured that was only 2 weeks away.. no biggie.. 2 weeks go by, we get an email stating that it arrived in the warehouse and we'd get it by the end of the week (going on week 3).

Made an appointment for delivery, got excited as delivery neared (supposed to be this past Saturday)... the DAY BEFORE.. we get a call saying the rest of our purchase is 'still in transit', and they have no way of knowing when it'll arrive, but it will be a while (talking potentially MONTHS)... MEANWHILE, my living room is unusable because we are essentially STORING their JUNK in our living room!!!

NO offer was made to rectify the situation, other than "you just need to wait" .. well guess what.. I demand a refund, come get your used half a sectional piece of junk out of my house! UNREAL..

terrible customer service, the first woman I spoke to made me feel like it was MY fault that THEY messed up! unprofessional!

NOW... today is "pick up your piece of junk" day.. we were told they would be here between 8 and 10am...

I am writing this review as of 1pm, and it's still here! I CAN'T EVEN GET RID of this garbage!! I was 'supposed to' get a phone call saying that the truck was too full to pick up their junk from my living room. Never got the phone call ...

so now "we should be there at some point today. It's Labor Day, and we have plans, so their junk is sitting outside for them to pick up whenever they want!

I'm done with this company, and will NEVER shop there again (first and last time shopping here).. nor will i EVER recommend this failure of a company to anyone!

100% disappointment!!!
