The Marilla bedframe that was delivered was the wrong one. The drawer on the left side under captains bed doesn't open.

The left drawer , at end of bed frame came chipped and paint is peeling off. This damage was there the first day furniture was delivered, Three times I was supposed to receive a phone call from their service department. I haven't received one phone call. I have been into their Poughkeepsie store 3 times regarding this matter.

The manager of the store assured me that I would receive a call this morning, 1 pm.

I have not received a call. I, haven't received one apology for all of this aggravation.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

I liked: Dresser and chest of drawers.
