It all began the night before our arranged delivery. We got the phone call that only the bottom half of our coffee table was available, but not to worry, because we wouldn't be charged for two deliveries.
When our glass table top was delivered, the men realized that they did not have the correct suction cups for under the glass. They left after carving suction cups from something in their truck. After trying to clean the glass, it became quite apparent that it could not be cleaned. It was defective: the fog, lines, and smudges were inside the glass.
The "team" at the Liverpool office promised to take care of all of these mistakes, referring us to Evan and Nigel back in our local Manhattan store. Oh yes Evan promised us a delivery of new glass and a refund on our delivery. But when I called to set it up, Nigel refused, saying it was never entered into the computer and he knew nothing about it. Another call to Liverpool.
We were now referred to Brent. Brent said we'd get a call with a delivery time one day before the day. But when none came and we called the store, he said that they were just about to call us.
So, tomorrow is supposedly the delivery of our new glass table top. Please keep your fingers crossed for us and never deal with this company
