I have had nothing but very good experiences with Raymour and Flanigan. Deliveries on time. Good quality furniture. Very courteous sales people. When my dresser got a nick on delivery...they sent someone out to repair it in my home.

I don't know which store these unsatisfied customers are using. maybe it depends on location.

Sorry to hear of all the problems others have had. I am very satisfied with R&F. Will be making another purchase soon, will let you know what happens.....good or bad.
