The worst place to buy anything from, I bought a couch and a chair, i have not yet recv the chair and the couch arrived damaged. I had an appt to swiched out the couch for a new one, and the salesperson called me on sunday to say the chair had come in and he would add it to my delivery day.But what he did was cancel the whole thing and did not tell me.

I'm waiting for furniture that is not coming and i dont know when. Not to mention i paid in advance and when i asked to speak to a manager he wont talk to me

As a former employee of raymour I can tell you there is nothing a rep wants more than to get your furniture in your home. They literally do not get paid unless you receive it.

As in it actually gets deducted from their paycheck. Don't blame the rep blame the warehouse if anyone.
