I have never in my life dealt with a more GHETTO attitude in a place of business as I did when I spoke to a CORINE RUSSO at Raymour and Flanigan. She was the worst supervisor I have ever dealt with, who ever hired her should be fired!!!, and I've had my share of illknowledgeable workers.
She kept me on hold for 30minutes and kept calling me mam! She said she couldn't get me a sooner service date or an exchange, either i take the later service date or and i quote " it is what it is"! I have never in my life experienced such horrible service from a customer SERVICE supervisor!. She represented the company in a negative way that made me think twice if i want to purchase more furniture.
My issue with my sofa was taken care of by the randolf location, and as a consumer i was eventually taken good care of by other professionals, but this young street girl needs to learn how to behave and get some more training on how to speak with customers.
