Raymour and Flanigan - Raymour & Flanigan - Loves Your Money!!
I bought three bedroom sets and a Natuzi leather sofa from them. I also purchased their 3 year warranty on all the furniture. Believe me that was a waste of money along with some of the furniture, along with getting any help for damaged furniture.
The sofa was delivered with a scratch on the outside of the left arm so I called the store. They sent someone out to repair it (my mistake for leaving the tv on-he watched it most of the time he was here!). Soon after the leather started to peel on the middle and right seats, where someone would sit the most. I tried to get the warranty to cover fixing or REPLACING (as it states) and even though I had a three year warranty they would not do anything about the sofa because they said I already had someone from outside their warranty service do work on it! What is that? Why didn't Raymour & Flanigan tell me that in the beginning?
I had to call Action News Consumer complaints for the sofa and a futon that started to fall apart. Oh and did I mention two dressers arrived damaged, and after going through three different deliveries of replacement ones I kept the original ones because they were the least damaged of all!!!! They replaced the futon but still nothing on the sofa - what a ripoff!!!
I am going to buy a new sofa - this one looks terrible. Never again Raymour & Flanigan!
