I received a call from Raymour's management they gave me hope that they were going to take care of this and again it was just false hope. I called back I spoke to one of their representatives reiterating the entire story as they completely got it wrong after my lengthy...

I have had them come to my home at times for cleaning and repair, have been feasible; but my wife is usually unsatisfied with their protection!

Deceptive billing

My wife and I purchased a bedroom set for $6819.50 with payments over 18 months or a payment of $378.87. When we received our statement, nowhere on the statement was that amount, only minimums of $21.00. That is against the law, and I am contacting the FTC as well as the BBB someone calls me at 732-343-**** or 732-225-**** within ten days.

Useless customer service

Remote for adjustable bed failed. So called service man came and said oh yeah this happens all the time, then left. Calls to the store get zero results. Bed is now useless. Only months old.

Damaged table

After a 5 month process to have a defective/broken table replaced, I discovered that what I received in place of a new table was a table with scratches that had been poorly repaired. I believe this was a deliberate move to give me any table rather that return my money. when this table was no longer available from the manufacturer. As a customer who purchased the Platinum Protection Plan, I was entitled to a new table, but R&F knowingly pawned off something else. This is intentionally dishonest and a despicable way to treat customers!!! I hope R&F does the right thing and investigates this situation.

Truly pissed

I was told I would get a call back, yesterday made a week. Will I get a call back? Ive told the situation as to what happened three different times, and three different times I was told I would receive a call. I gave my phone number three different times. Damaged Sofa

When I look at the back of my sofa which consists of three conjoined cushioned seats one of the seats does not line up with the other two. In other words the back on one doesnt line up. Also the seat is already feeling like it is starting to sink. It was delivered about six months ago.Bought the warranty called for service twice. They sent someone out who claimed my sofa was fine. I will never buy at Raymour again. So disappointed. It was a Mothers Day gift.

Complaint

My furniture got delivered today upon unwrapping my items I noticed some damage to my furniture I am now unable to sleep at my house or pack out my clothing do to this inconvenience. I called Raymour and Flanigan about the issue and a representative told me that theres nothing they can do for me today I have to wait a whole week for them to redeliver my furniture also she was very rude when I asked for a manager she told me theres no manager on weekends. I am very disappointed and stressed out because now I have to figure out where Im going to sleep. I would like to get compensated for this issue and also for dealing with poor customer service.
