I received a call from Raymour's management they gave me hope that they were going to take care of this and again it was just false hope. I called back I spoke to one of their representatives reiterating the entire story as they completely got it wrong after my lengthy...

I have had them come to my home at times for cleaning and repair, have been feasible; but my wife is usually unsatisfied with their protection!

Return the mattress

Return the mattress and the Protector got delivered to another store with the pillows my husband picked up the order I called to Tell them that the pad protector was not canceled they told me I cannot return it because I already took it home I have a protector now that I never used it cost me 100 bucks but Raymour and Flanigan Loss more will never shop there again its worse than a car dealer

Delivery

We order a kitchen set with 6 chairs on 9/12 was the original date, and we were told the top wasn't in so it was rescheduled for 9/13. The on 9/23 we got a call saying they were 10 minutes away and they n vet showed up. We called them back and were told because we didn't call back they didn't show and the message stated, and we have it saved, that they are 10 minutes away nothing about calling them back: we were told by the store manager yesterday that we are there 1st stop today and given a time frame of 8am to 10:15am. We just got a call at 9:35 they are 10 minutes away asked then we were told we were supposed to be 1st stop answer we are given is not to us. So now what should I do?

Delivery experience

White box truck appears at end of driveway. One man takes mattress out and carries up driveway, doesn't really speak to me, if he does it's basically spanish. Slides the mattress across the stone porch, pulls it up through the door. Carelessly yanks it up the stairway, really not being careful of the freshly painted walls. I show him where I want it. He slides it in the room, takes picture and leaves.

User's recommendation: Check your merchandise if delivered like this, they're just in a hurry to drop the merchandise and leave.

Won't replace mattress without upcharge

@raymourflangian if i bought a car with an engine guarantee and it died within that guarantee, they would not replace it with an older one or upcharge me...they would replace for the guarantee...YOU SUCK, AS DO YOUR MATTRESSES AND BELLANEST PRODUCTS. The only acceptable thing would be to replace the mattress for free or issue a full cash refund. I gave you one star because minus 5 stars is not an option.Raymour and Flanigan

Disappointed in Delivery Service

We purchased A Sealy Kelburn II hybrid mattress on August 28, 2021 at the Montgomeryville, PA store. The order states that the current bedding was to be removed at no extra cost. The gentlemen that delivered the new mattress did not remove the old mattress. Instead they left it by the side of my house. This is unacceptable. We have had to contact our township and pay to have it removed.

Won’t cover damages done by my daughter furniture too.

I received a call from customer service rep who stated platinum plan does cover furniture that move from one address to another. I called back and spoke to another rep who had no clue what the other rep was saying. I was suppose to get a phone call from service manager since last week its been 5 days and no return phone call yet despite assurances by this company. Please dont buy from this company go anywhere else this company has poor customer service. They are dishonest and wont live up to their agreement when purchasing furniture . Buyers beaare

Bad experience

The company not have a good service , after 3 months of waiting for our sectional, its came damage , nails from the side of the sofa all out , they dont want take return, I must go against this company by law. I dont trust them anymore. Definitely not recommend to anyone this company

Awful, awful Furniture.

I got a couch, loveseat and ottoman 2 days ago. One leg from the couch is broken. One leg on the ottoman is loose and has *** in it. And the ottoman stinks. I mean really stinks. I'm sending someone to fix the legs in 3 weeks. I don't know what to do about the smelly ottoman. I can't believe I'm having these problems two and a half days after my furniture arrived. Look elsewhere shop someplace.

Paid Removal was never taken

My mom had a delivery today and the delivery driver dropped off my mom box spring. The driver was told that they had to take the ole box spring that was what was paid. The driver took the box spring without anyone putting any.bags on it so and thanked me. Only to see that he left it in front of my condo complex and I will be fined a ticket because it had no bag on it. I called Raymoiur and Flanagan but they.kept saying they will call the driver but the driver never came back. He called me and said that it was broken. But V it was not I want my money back that I paid gift deliverys

Really bad service

Today a came to the restaurant located at 4 N Federal Hwy Hallandale Beach, FL 33009 United States We are a party of 6 they told us 30 minutes waiting. A table was empty outside. When we told them, they said they can clean the table for us. We waited for 10 minutes, nobody did it. Was 5 employee talking in one corner. I requested to talk to the manager to explain the situation. She actually was one of them talking, doing nothing. She actually told me that she have to wait till the employee that clean the table have time ttoclean

Sofa dissapointment

I have been a customer who has furnished my whole house thru your company for 23 years. I always raved about the quality and have always gave recommendations to all my friends and family to use. I bought furniture during COVID to furnish my home in Myrtle beach. The chaise sofa I purchased was damaged in the beginning and you finally replaced it 2 months ago. Once again its a mess and falling apart. I feel like its the worst quality sofa I have ever purchased. I am extremely upset about this. You can look up my account on 718967-****. Purchased chest of drawers with paint finish problems.

I bought a chest of drawers. Paint chipped on one of the drawers and the paint on top is somewhat fading in some spots.
