Unable to talk to someone about automatic payment set up they never take out from my account. That’s the second month they did that. I went and pay and they debit my account the next day .

I purchased the dining table along with 4 chairs in Oct 2021. After using the dining table for three months i noticed that there is a bubble on the surface of the dining table.
Raymour Flanigan did an exchange in the month of January 2022 stating that it is a manufacturing defect.
In the month of July 2022, i again noticed the bubble on the surface of my Dining table and reported the same to Raymour Flanigan customer care. The service representative was at the place and confirmed to me that it is a manufacturing defect and did an exchange again. The dining table was exchanged again.
In the month of October 2022, the Bubble on the surface is evident again and this is the third time in the span of one year i am facing this problem with the dining table. I called raymour Flanigan again and spoke to a representative regarding this issue.
They transferred the call to the service department. The service department representative told me that it cannot be exchanged anymore as it is a Customer issue. Moisture was on the Dining table surface and it caused the bubble.
It is a brand new dining table and within two months of every exchange the table is bubbled up.
The dining table is for having food and moisture on the surface is quite common.
The answer given by the Service representative is not acceptable. I would like the raymour flanigan to look into this issue and provide me suitable solution.

Annoyed and disappointed
We purchased a sectional sofa with end recliners 7 1/2 years ago. We also purchased the platinum warranty.
Recently the mechanics in one of the recliners broke. We were told that the warranty was up so we called the service department. We were then told the company that manufactured the sectional (Lane) went out of business in December and they couldnt get any parts. It is only my husband and I and our furniture is in great shape, but without being able to get parts what are we supposed to do.
Im very disappointed with Raymour and Flannigan. I really thought that buying from your company rather than a discount store I should get more than 7 1/2 yrs out of a 3,000.00 sectional.

After initial dining room set order and 20% deposit in November 2021, Flanigan stopped communicating with me Spring 2022 regarding backorder. If I didn't follow up on my own, I wouldn't know the status of my order.
I donated my dining room 5 weeks after the initial delivery date. But this dining room was never meant to be delivered. Even after my calling and visits, R & F provided no updates unless I insisted. In late July I decided to cancel the order.
Nothing in stock compared nor did I trust R & Flanigan with another special order.
Instead of good faith effort, giving a $200 gift certificate, per the Manger, since didn't continue to wait or order something I didn't want, meant that I had no right to the gift certificate. I guess I should have waited indefinitely or settle for less.

User's recommendation: Customer service is the key to good business. Raymour and Flanigan has a lot of work to achieve this.
Very bad Support, lies and bad product
Raymond and Flanigan shop on the Philadelphia Mall Is run unethically by an inexperienced manager named Johnathan. The assurances made by the store are mostly frauds.
They're unpleasant and make life difficult for customers. This dishonest management takes precedence above the salespeople's politeness. I purchased a king mattress, bed, and guarantee to address comfort and defect concerns. After a few months of use, the mattress became unpleasant, with sinks in the middle and extremity.
Every morning, this made my back hurt. Main customer care advised me to visit the store where I bought it for support. To my astonishment, the store manager demanded a 40% restocking charge before I purchased a new one. Frustrating.
What exactly is this? Crooks ran!
Never make a purchase here. My genuine suggestion!

I purchase dining living and bedroom from RF and purchased the 5 years platinum service. They came out to service the DR chairs once, because they felt it was too much to clean they replaced the chairs but NEVER told me the service will be canceled after that and the 5 years service no longer exist.
The customer service representative that I spoked to on 6/2/2022 her name is Fil and the other one unfortunately I can't remember her name was very sarcastic with their words and tone when I express my frustration. This is not how you do business with customers. If I was told in truth and fairness that my service will be canceled, I would have kept the chairs and just clean it every year until my service is up because i know I have a young child. That's RF way of making money off innocent people.
I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM RF AGAIN!!! Especially with the nasty attitude from the representatives.
