Unable to talk to someone about automatic payment set up they never take out from my account. That’s the second month they did that. I went and pay and they debit my account the next day .

I set up automatic schedule payment. And they did not take the money out. Making my payment late again. I acquired good credit for on time payment not for late payment. I do not any problems with any company but yours

Faulty Dining Table

Raymour and Flanigan - Faulty Dining Table

I purchased the dining table along with 4 chairs in Oct 2021. After using the dining table for three months i noticed that there is a bubble on the surface of the dining table.

Raymour Flanigan did an exchange in the month of January 2022 stating that it is a manufacturing defect.

In the month of July 2022, i again noticed the bubble on the surface of my Dining table and reported the same to Raymour Flanigan customer care. The service representative was at the place and confirmed to me that it is a manufacturing defect and did an exchange again. The dining table was exchanged again.

In the month of October 2022, the Bubble on the surface is evident again and this is the third time in the span of one year i am facing this problem with the dining table. I called raymour Flanigan again and spoke to a representative regarding this issue.

They transferred the call to the service department. The service department representative told me that it cannot be exchanged anymore as it is a Customer issue. Moisture was on the Dining table surface and it caused the bubble.

It is a brand new dining table and within two months of every exchange the table is bubbled up.

The dining table is for having food and moisture on the surface is quite common.

The answer given by the Service representative is not acceptable. I would like the raymour flanigan to look into this issue and provide me suitable solution.

The adjustable base that we bought from them had a problem with its remote after only a few days of use. It took a week for a technician to come and check the bed and tell her she would order it, but he did not. I called the store and told them to get me another remote and they will take 2-4 weeks to do so. It is surprising, firstly that the product trailer sold quickly made by Tempur-pedic and secondly that they do not have a common item as a remote in stock.

Annoyed and disappointed

We purchased a sectional sofa with end recliners 7 1/2 years ago. We also purchased the platinum warranty.

Recently the mechanics in one of the recliners broke. We were told that the warranty was up so we called the service department. We were then told the company that manufactured the sectional (Lane) went out of business in December and they couldnt get any parts. It is only my husband and I and our furniture is in great shape, but without being able to get parts what are we supposed to do.

Im very disappointed with Raymour and Flannigan. I really thought that buying from your company rather than a discount store I should get more than 7 1/2 yrs out of a 3,000.00 sectional.

After initial dining room set order and 20% deposit in November 2021, Flanigan stopped communicating with me Spring 2022 regarding backorder. If I didn't follow up on my own, I wouldn't know the status of my order.

I donated my dining room 5 weeks after the initial delivery date. But this dining room was never meant to be delivered. Even after my calling and visits, R & F provided no updates unless I insisted. In late July I decided to cancel the order.

Nothing in stock compared nor did I trust R & Flanigan with another special order.

Instead of good faith effort, giving a $200 gift certificate, per the Manger, since didn't continue to wait or order something I didn't want, meant that I had no right to the gift certificate. I guess I should have waited indefinitely or settle for less.

Very bad Support, lies and bad product

Raymond and Flanigan shop on the Philadelphia Mall Is run unethically by an inexperienced manager named Johnathan. The assurances made by the store are mostly frauds.

They're unpleasant and make life difficult for customers. This dishonest management takes precedence above the salespeople's politeness. I purchased a king mattress, bed, and guarantee to address comfort and defect concerns. After a few months of use, the mattress became unpleasant, with sinks in the middle and extremity.

Every morning, this made my back hurt. Main customer care advised me to visit the store where I bought it for support. To my astonishment, the store manager demanded a 40% restocking charge before I purchased a new one. Frustrating.

What exactly is this? Crooks ran!

Never make a purchase here. My genuine suggestion!

Six years ago I purchased a set of dinning table and six chairs. Chairs look like leather, but it is artificial leather. The store associate was very articulate convincing me to buy this set. He told us that this artificial leather is a new development and it is more durable than the real leather, and it is environmentally friendly. We barely used this chairs, just for holidays. Over sudden, they start peeling off without anybody touching them.

So i just spent 8k at your *** *** *** store and the stupid cheap *** pegs that hold up the planks that go across to hold the matress up already broke and ive had the *** thing for 2 weeks. Like what the *** do you think a 2x2 block of wood held in by a little screw is going to do to hold up a king size bed. I cant believe i just spent $8,000 at your store. Chinese junk like everything else in the world now adays

I purchased a grey leather sectional 14 months ago. I have a lot of issues with my leather sectional. First the USB on the recliner doesnt work and because they dont make my sectional any longer they couldnt order a part for it because its discontinued. They offered to replace the sectional but I already designed my living room according to the design of the sectional so I declined. Now the other USB on the other recliner went and recliner seats are now sinking. Very unhappy with their product.

Would not honor advertised promotion! Promotion stated if I purchased motion base, I would receive mattress protector. Salesman stated its if I purchased a mattress! Promotion does not state that!

Furniture falling apart after 10 months

Purchased a ding set and 2recliner love seats After 10 months a leg is falling off of one of the chairs. The love seats have the seats collapsing. Now I am 78 and have had furniture for 58 years. I have only had 3 kitchen sets and 4 sets of furniture. I take care of my belongings. Luckily I purchased the extended warranty. The furniture will probably only last until the warranty is up. So buyer beware of the furniture you get from their outlet and the furniture was not cheap

The table that I ordered was considered a special order ...but I was never told that it was coming from overseas.. if I would have known that I would have never bought any of the tables when you have to wait 4 to 7 weeks it's not worth the time

NASTY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DISHONEST SERVICE FOR CLEANING CHAIRS

I purchase dining living and bedroom from RF and purchased the 5 years platinum service. They came out to service the DR chairs once, because they felt it was too much to clean they replaced the chairs but NEVER told me the service will be canceled after that and the 5 years service no longer exist.

The customer service representative that I spoked to on 6/2/2022 her name is Fil and the other one unfortunately I can't remember her name was very sarcastic with their words and tone when I express my frustration. This is not how you do business with customers. If I was told in truth and fairness that my service will be canceled, I would have kept the chairs and just clean it every year until my service is up because i know I have a young child. That's RF way of making money off innocent people.

I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM RF AGAIN!!! Especially with the nasty attitude from the representatives.

This is why this world is so f#%k up. If people will take a little extra time to be transparent with other's we won't be going through these kinds of experiences. Very dishonest and dissatisfying on the store part and their customer service reps.
