Purchased several items including Tiffany Lamp from Broadway & 66th St., NYC. Lamp shade arrived cracked on one side.

Called Salesperson who sold me item and she told me she would call be back. Well, after approximately 4 hours no call. Went to store all the way from Brooklyn, and explained situation. Salesperson had this silly grin on her face and blurted that she didn't have time to call me back.

Wow. I left store feeling like a cheap sales commission.

Problem fixed but Customer Service Stinks. There is obviously a lack of professionalism and sensitivity to the Customer Concerns.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of terrible customer service. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of tiffany lamp. Raymour and Flanigan needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
