I bought a Nutuzzi leather sectional about 8 years ago. I bought an extended service contract for 5 more years.
After about 3 years the arm rests wore out and I could feel the wood under it. I called and they came and restuffed it. I thought that was great. About a year later I called and said the cushions were getting flat and I could feel the wood underneath.
They came and said it felt normal. I argued with him and said its not normal at all. They called me back and said there was nothing they could do. I call this week and asked them if they could come and look at the couch for repair and I said I would pay for it.
They came and the guy said its way too soft and saggy. I got a call from R&F they said they don't want to deal with it. I paid $3500 for this couch and it's junk. They don't stand by their products or their customers.
I'm pissed and will never shop there again, neither will anybody I talk to. I would rather shop at BOB's
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $3500.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I didn't like: Lack of responsibility by company, Poor extended waranty.
