THREE MONTHS AFTER BUYING A 3 PIECE LIVING ROOM SET THE MATERIAL STARTED TO PULL APART AND SEPERATE IT TOOK THEM 2 MONTHS BEFORE A REP CAME OUT TO FIX UNDER THEIR EXTRA WARRENTY PLAN.THEY REPAIREDBY SEWING OVER PULLS I TOLD THEM AT THE TIME THAT THE REPAIR WAS WORSE THAN THE PROBLEM.WHEN THE PROBLEM CONTINUED THEY SENT SOMEONE BACK WHO STATED IT WAS NORMAL WEAR BUT THEY WOULD CHANGE SOME PARTS.

I INFORMED THEM THAT THIS WAS UNACCEPTABLE AND WANTED THEM REPLACED.

I WAS TOLD NO.A YEAR AFTER PURCHASE AND MY FURNITURE NOT WORTHY OF A YARD SALE.

Monetary Loss: $1800.

I bought a $6000 piece of leather couch.It is giving me a lot of issue.

I have their platinum protection plan.

Please don't trust that statement, and their platinum protection plan.They don't keep their word.
